- be able to handle conflict with greater confidence and ease.
- understand their role in the financial success of their business whilst adhering to best practice in quality management.
Content includes
A 3-day programme in leadership development covering the following areas:- Connecting teams with organisations vision and strategy
- Your role as a manager
- Communication skills including barriers to effective communications
- Feedback, assertiveness and handling challenging situations.
- The disciplinary process.
- Business acumen including understanding the impact your role has on financial indicators.
- Personal development plan
Who should attend
Managers in the Food and Drink sector or those aspiring to develop their personal and team effectiveness in this critical role.Qualification
An Award in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) equivalent to NFQ Level 6. An extra half day will be required for trainees progressing for certification.Upcoming dates:
