Managing a Food Safety Incident / Product Recall

Duration: 1 day – in-person training.

Aimed at: Key employees from food and drink manufacturing businesses who would have responsibility in the event of a product recall. Those in quality, technical, operational, PR and senior leadership roles who need to know how to respond effectively to regulatory, customer, commercial and public scrutiny during a food safety event.

Programme Overview

The primary objective of this training is to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, confidence and a toolbox to ensure they are in the strongest position to handle a food safety incident / product recall.

Capped at 8 participants to maximise engagement and learning, the workshop focuses on three key elements:

    • Running a Mock Recall
